Take a deep breath. Inhale. Exhale. Take another deep breath and relax. Recite the sentences out loud or quietly to yourself and allow yourself to receive inspiration. Write any thoughts that come to you.

I felt lighter the first time I did this exercise. I noticed myself repeating the prompts the next morning during my walk. Focusing on “I am. I can. I will.” helped me establish the belief that I am, I can, and I will achieve my intentions.
